Alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and povidone-iodine will get transferred into small Nalgene bottles. Only need 1-2 oz. of each.

Neosporin, Benadryl, anti-diarrheal tabs, Vitamin I (ibupropfen), bandaids, large safety pin, tweezers, tube of super glue, and lighter will all fit inside a ziplock bag.

I also like taking a daily multi-vitamin and sublingual doses of
B-6/folic acid/B-12 to help maintain nutritional equilibrium.

  1. Warren says:

I was travelling solo and had one mishap inside my tent – sand dropped into my eye. Eye wash would have been handy, but in-two’s that should not be a problem. Vinegar absolutely erases sunburn – no tan, but no pain. A $1 sewing kit (just a couple of needles and thread) to stitch torn shorts or tent.
